STEPS TO PURCHASE
1. On-line reservation request
You can use our stand availability map to identify a
stand that is available and that suits your personal requirements. On viewing
the map, select a stand from the layout, click on a stand to view the different
specifications.
Now Complete the on-line form by using this link -
reservations.
Your stand selection will be confirmed within the next 24 hours by our office.
Also look at the available plans. Choose the one
that will most suit your requirements. The developer of Westbrook Estate will
sit and discuss the finer details at a later stage.
Please note that the use of this site does not guarantee your specific stand
selection, thus will you be notified if your reservation request was successful
or not. You will then be notified of the time available to complete your
transaction. It is however advisable to complete the offer to purchase as soon
as possible to avoid disappointment.
2. Reservation Request
You will then be asked to make an appointment with the developer, to complete
and sign all relevant documentation. Once your
offer to purchase
is signed will the developer be able to reserve the stand of your choice for a
maximum of 7 days. The stand will change to Reserved on the stand availability
Map and will be taken off of the market.
3. Deposit
Now you need to pay the deposit (R2000) and provide proof of this payment within
7 days of signing the offer to purchase. Once the deposit has been received and
confirmed, the stand will change to Pending on the stand availability map.
- The banking details will be given at the initial meeting that you have
with the developer.
4. Proof of Funding
The last step of this cycle will be to provide proof of funding for the balance of the consideration of purchase, which is then payable on transfer. Our
preferred representative will contact you after reserving your stand to find out if you need assistance in this regard. You can also contact her at the numbers provided below.
5. Sales Consultants
All sales are handled by the developer himself -
Chris Buyskes.
6. Finance Approval
Bond approval (if you require a bond to pay the balance of the purchase price)
needs to be obtained within 30 days of reserving the stand. Shantaan Beley has been
appointed as the preferred bond originator by the developer and as such will be
able to provide all the services and assistance required in this regard.
